【2019.9.18-19, Malaysia· Kuala Lumpur】As the fastest growing region in the global economy, Southeast Asia emerging economies have attracted worldwide attention. It is estimated that by 2020, ASEAN is expected to become the fifth largest economy in the world. As one of the important countries in ASEAN, China has always maintained close cooperation and exchanges with ASEAN. According to the National Bureau of Statistics, China’s imports and exports to ASEAN increased by 11.2% in 2018, higher than the United States and the European Union. 

Under the initiative of < MASTER PLAN ON ASEAN CONNECTIVITY 2025> and “The Belt and Road” initiative, the rail transit infrastructure continued to develop in Southeast Asia. In April 2019, Malaysia and China made major breakthroughs in the negotiations on the East Coast Railway project after 8 months of suspension; the key projects such as China-Laos Railway, Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway, and China-Thai Railway are being actively promoted. At the same time, Chinese rail transit products will also go overseas, and seek international cooperation in funding and technology in the rail transit market with ASEAN countries.

 

On this background, the 3rd ASEAN Rail Summit 2019 will be holding in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, September 18-19th 2019. During the summit, more than 300 experts and decision makers from ASEAN and global rail industry government agencies, design units, operators and industry suppliers will come together to discuss the development of ASEAN rail transit industry, opportunities and financial considerations, technological innovation, Operation management and other topics. Jointly promote the construction and development of ASEAN Rail transit industry!

東南亞部分國家的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施雖然在六七十年代時(shí)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過中國水平，但是由于這些年沒有新的發(fā)展，導(dǎo)致現(xiàn)狀落后。在曼谷等人口密度高的大都市，受到路網(wǎng)密度不夠、道路設(shè)施老舊、運(yùn)營維護(hù)狀況差等因素制約，交通擁堵的矛盾極為突出，嚴(yán)重制約著所在國家和地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展及人民生活品質(zhì)的提高。從長期看，基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)需求潛力巨大。同時(shí)，在“一帶一路”倡議引領(lǐng)下，每年亞太地區(qū)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的資金需求大概7000億美元，而超過一半的資金需求都來自于東南亞地區(qū)。作為東盟周邊地區(qū)的重要國家之一，中國一直都與東盟保持各方面的密切合作與往來。根據(jù)國家統(tǒng)計(jì)局?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)，2018年中國對東盟進(jìn)出口增長11.2%，高于美國和歐盟。

在東盟十國《互聯(lián)互通總體規(guī)劃2025》和“一帶一路”的倡議下，軌道交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)在東南亞地區(qū)持續(xù)展開。2019年4月，馬來西亞和中國就東海岸鐵路項(xiàng)目談判取得重大突破；中老鐵路、印尼雅萬高鐵，中泰鐵路等境外重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目正在積極推進(jìn)中；中國的軌道交通產(chǎn)品也逐漸走向海外，與東盟國家尋求在資金，技術(shù)方面的國際合作。  

 

 

在此背景下，由中國交通建設(shè)（馬來西亞）有限公司、中國中車株洲電力機(jī)車有限公司、中國鐵路工程（馬來西亞）有限公司，歐盟-馬來西亞商會、菲律賓國家鐵路局聯(lián)合支持，士研咨詢主辦的2019（第三屆）東盟軌道交通國際峰會將于2019年9月18-19日在馬來西亞吉隆坡隆重召開。峰會期間，300多名來自東盟乃至全球軌道交通行業(yè)政府機(jī)構(gòu)、設(shè)計(jì)單位、業(yè)主、行業(yè)供應(yīng)商的專家和決策者將共聚一堂，圍繞東盟軌道交通產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、機(jī)會與財(cái)務(wù)考量、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、運(yùn)營管理等主題展開討論，共同推進(jìn)東盟軌道交通的行業(yè)建設(shè)和發(fā)展！
